Nairi is a designer and researcher at AJ&Smart, a product design and innovation studio based in Berlin, where she helps to deliver design and strategy sprints and workshops. Her background is in industrial design, human-centered design, and she values authentically connecting with people. She was raised in New Zealand but now based in Berlin. If she sees a problem in the system she is not afraid to fights for a solution.
