Finding Strength in Imposter Syndrome with Maureen Herben
With more experience comes…more imposter syndrome?
One of the things that surprised me as I gained more seniority, impact, and experience is that I didn’t become more confident. Instead, I started to question myself more.
The past half a year was a time of growth and a lot of ‘first times’ for my career. Though challenging and at times, uncomfortable, I did find a way to embrace imposter syndrome and turn it into a productive and motivating tool.
This talk will cover
Maureen’s career path from a junior at an agency to a senior in-house
The learning and leading mindsets that got her beyond senior
6 insights to find strength in imposter syndrome
How visibility and impact helped Maureen get promoted
