Cristina is a Senior Service Designer working in the Innovation Team of Rainforest Alliance, a global NGO that leverages social and market forces to promote sustainable agriculture and improve farmers’ lives. She transitioned to design after a decade-long career as a scientist, which grounds her practice in evidence-based decision making, systems-level analysis, and experimentation.
